  • No, you just show up for your picnic and enjoy yourself! We do all of the setup and cleanup, and we'll be on a promp schedule once you book your date and time.

  • Every great picnic deserves great food! We currently serve a seasonal charcuterie grazing box filled with meats, cheeses, crackers, fruit and sweet and savory pairings with every picnic package.

  • No, we leave after you're settled and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic, you can call or text your Pop Up Picnic Tech.

  • Usually not but it depends on the location, number of people and a couple of other factors, ex: weddings always require permits. If you have a question about permitting, just ask us!

  • Yes, we can work with you to find something you and your guests can eat.

  • Alcohol is typically not allowed at public parks, so we don’t offer it to our guests. If you are having a hotel picnic or a picnic on private property, guests may bring their own.

  • We don't offer any refunds but we will reschedule your picnic or issue a credit with enough advance notice.

  • While rare, we sometimes have to move locations or change dates due to weather. If weather could affect your reservation, we will contact you with covered locations or rescheduling options. We check the weather regularly and if at the 48 hour mark and 24 hour mark there is more than a 30% chance of rain we will contact you to discuss your options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to weather if there is over a 30% chance of rain.
